Our story
MG Solutions started in 2002 with a simple conviction: that great talent exists everywhere, and that the right team can transform a business. From Buenos Aires, we began delivering recruiting and staffing for some of the largest companies operating in Latin America — names like Shell, AT&T, P&G, Raízen, T-Systems, Praxair and HP.
Over the years, we built something rare in this industry: not just a pipeline of candidates, but a reputation for delivery. We've filled dozens of roles a month at our busiest, managed teams of up to 50 people embedded in client operations, and — the part we're proudest of — placed people who stayed for years, some for well over a decade. That's not luck. It's what happens when recruiting is done with care and backed by real operational discipline.
Today, we bring that same craft to a new generation of clients: US companies building remote teams with vetted Latin American talent — same time zones, strong English, and a fraction of the cost of hiring locally.
